Hi, I’m Lucía Andrade. I’m 35 years old, and if there’s one thing that has always defined my life, it’s my curiosity about understanding people… and above all, the human heart.

From a very young age, I realized that relationships aren’t as simple as they seem. I grew up observing love stories, intense friendships, painful breakups, and unexpected reconciliations. All of that awakened in me a deep need: to understand why we feel what we feel and how we can build healthier, more real, and lasting connections.

Over the years, that curiosity transformed into a passion. I began studying human behavior, relationship dynamics, and emotional communication—not just from a theoretical perspective, but also through lived experience. I’ve been in relationships that taught me a lot—some beautiful, others difficult—but all of them left valuable lessons that I now share with my readers.

This site was born precisely from that.
